“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” stars Jessi and Jordan Ngatikaura have put their marital home in Utah up for sale for $2.5 million—amid furious speculation that they are headed for divorce.
Jessi, 33, and Jordan, 31, who wed in 2020, have lived in the six-bedroom, five-bathroom, 6,979-square-foot domain in Pleasant Grove, UT, “for 16 months.”
While they declined to address the flurry of rumors about a bitter rift in their marriage, the duo exclusively revealed to Realtor.com® that their decision to list their property comes amid a desire to seek out a “fresh start” in a new property.
Throughout most of their time in the 1970s-built residence, which they extensively remodeled over the past year, the couple has encountered major relationship challenges, most of which relate to Jessi’s appearance on another reality TV show.
Following her August 2024 visit with Bravo’s “Vanderpump Villa” cast in Italy, the #MomTok influencer and owner of JZ Styles hair salon has faced accusations of cheating on Jordan with fellow reality TV personality Marciano Brunette.
“Marriage is hard; people make mistakes—it’s how we grow from them,” Jessi tells Realtor.com.

While Season 3 of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” which premieres today, promises a conclusion to the Season 2 cliffhanger that led fans to believe the Ngatikauras were headed for divorce, Jessi and Jordan’s surprise move seems to signal the reality is quite the opposite.
Though the couple did not confirm a romantic reunion, they did confess that they’re making a change of address to give their marriage a chance at a clean slate.
“We found our dream home that is perfect for us and are looking for a fresh start,” says Jessi, to which Jordan added, “We can’t wait.”
To help facilitate the big move, Jessi and Jordan have enlisted the help of yet another familiar face from the reality TV universe.
Kenny Sperry, who starred on Bravo’s “Sold on SLC,” is the listing agent for the property. The Presidio Real Estate agent also happens to be currently coaching “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Dakota Mortensen in the business of real estate in addition to his job at the Salt Lake City-based brokerage.
“Kenny is Dakota’s real estate mentor and we are big fans of ‘Sold on SLC,’” admits Jessi. “Us Utah reality stars have to stick together!”
What started as a connection over their shared reality TV experiences in the Mormon mecca has since blossomed into a strategic business collaboration.

“Utah really is such a small world,” explains Sperry. “Jessi, Jordan, and I entered the reality TV phase at a similar time. Being in a similar situation, we started messaging on Instagram and the relationship grew from there.”
The luxury real estate expert says his time on television gave him the competitive edge to land the $2.5 million listing, and will help him navigate the transaction with nuance.
“Combined with the depth of knowledge and solid reputation from a real estate perspective, my background in reality TV helps as I understand the potential obstacles that may arise with the production of ‘Secret Lives,’” Sperry says.
“With the success that Jessi and Jordan have had, it makes sense that they would look to bring on the best of the best to handle such a big transaction.”
The expansive estate, which sits on a lot that is just over half an acre, is located about 35 miles south of Salt Lake City.
“Situated at the base of Mount Timpanogos with views overlooking Utah Lake and some of the fastest-growing areas in Utah,” Sperry notes it is “minutes away from Sundance Ski Resort.”
Beyond the dwelling’s ideal geographical position, Sperry points out all the incredible upgrades that have been completed.

“It’s rare to find a property like this on the bench of Pleasant Grove, [and] Jessi and Jordan have done an amazing job with this remodel,” says Sperry.
In addition to a “pool, pickleball court, gas fire pit, and putting green in the backyard,” other enviable amenities include “a fitness room, guest bedroom, wet bar, and theater” in the basement.
As for the main living quarters, Sperry calls the primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet “incredible.”
“Her closet deserves its own article,” he muses. “No details have been left untouched.”
Indeed, the parents of three, who share son Jagger, 5, and daughter Jovi, 2, as well as teenage-daughter Peyton from Jordan’s previous relationship, had their work cut out for them to achieve the home’s total transformation.
“When we bought the house, it was a project to say the least,” shares Jordan. “We had to completely finish the house from the four-way inspection.”
Nevertheless, the required major overhaul was worth it.
“It was fun to customize a home like this, especially when you get to move walls and everything like we did,” admits Jordan.

The home was completed in time for the couple to make plenty of memories—and film several memorable scenes of “Secret Lives”—inside its walls before deciding to sell.
“The Halloween party from Season 2 was filmed here and so [were] many scenes from the new season,” reveals Jordan.
“Family parties, holidays, raising our kids here—Also, hard times we had at this home,” adds Jessi.
Despite those difficult times, the couple believed the updated abode was going to be their “forever home,” so they were completely caught off guard when another house caught their eye.
“We found this home unexpectedly and knew it was our dream home from the second we saw it,” says Jessi.
Now, the Ngatikauras are looking for buyers to fall in love with their old home so they can work on their own love in a new one.
Season 3 of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” is now available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.
