The head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, JJ Redick, has listed his lavish Brooklyn, NY, penthouse for $6.2 million.

The 41-year-old—whose full name is Jonathan—put his New York condo back on the market three years after listing and delisting the sprawling dwelling.

The NBA pro purchased the 2,973-square-foot property in 2017 for just over $6 million.

The dwelling, which was built in 2016, comes complete with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is perched atop a seven-story converted warehouse.

JJ and his wife, Chelsea, initially listed the home in 2021 for $8.5 million. By 2022, they decreased the selling price to $7.9 million.

In April 2022, the couple decided to list the property for rent for $30,000 a month.

By June 2022, they removed the listing.

In August 2022, they once again listed the property for $7 million.

By October, they removed the home from the market.

However, now, the couple appears to be ready to sell and at a much lower price.

JJ attended Duke University before playing 15 seasons in the NBA. He then took his talents to the other side of the court and worked as an analyst before becoming the head coach of the Lakers in 2024.
