Palm Beach’s “trash kingpin” is looking to clean up with the sale of his waterfront megamansion—listing the dwelling for the sky-high price of $59.5 million, just weeks after he sold off another nearby property for $38 million.
Waste management tycoon and prominent Trump donor Anthony Lomangino purchased the sprawling Florida abode for the relatively paltry price of $12.7 million in 2019, according to records, and then proceeded to carry out an “exquisite” renovation of the home.
He first attempted to secure a buyer for the dwelling in 2023, when it was listed for $57.9 million, only for the home to sit on the market untouched for a year before it was removed.
Now, the extraordinary five-bedroom dwelling has bounced back onto the market with an even higher price—offering what the listing describes as a “pristine Mediterranean home” that comes complete with “private beach access, commanding ocean views, and over 10,000 spacious square feet.”
Situated on a 0.67-acre plot that is located directly on the water, the property was completed in 2006 but has undergone an “extensive rebuild” to give it a much more modern feel.
“Exquisite finishes, impeccable attention to detail, and exceptional craftsmanship” can be found throughout the dwelling, which is listed with Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate, the same agent who recently helped Lomangino offload another home on the same street, which is known as Billionaires Row.
The two dwellings are located just a stone’s throw apart—however the newly listed abode is arguably on a slightly larger and more desirable, plot, which perhaps explains the much higher price tag attached to Lomangino’s second listing.
According to the listing, the dwelling features an array of impressive amenities, including an enormous balcony that overlooks the crystal blue ocean, as well as an oceanfront living room with huge windows to frame the beautiful views.

In March 2025, Fortune reported that the wealth of homeowners on the exclusive stretch, which is also known as Billionaires Beach, totaled a staggering $494.7 billion.
Homes on the street, which is more commonly known as South Ocean Boulevard, regularly list with eight-figure asking prices—with Realtor.com® data revealing that there are currently multiple Billionaires Row homes currently on the market for $20 million or more.
In February, a plot of land in the area hit the market for a staggering $200 million, while another nearby dwelling is currently on the market for $85.9 million.
It is unclear why Lomangino has opted to part ways with another Billionaires Row dwelling, but the move comes just a few months after he was nominated by Trump to be a governor of the United States Postal Service.
Trump shared the news of his nomination on Truth Social in April, writing: “I am please to announce that I will be nominating Anthony Lomangino to join the United States Postal Service Board of Governors. Anthony is a fantastic businessman and reformer, who built one of the most successful sanitation businesses in the country.
“He knows how to fix a problem and the Postal Service has many! I know he will serve with distinction. Congratulations Anthony!”
According to the official website for Congress, Lomangino’s nomination was officially filed June 2 and is still pending.
Three months earlier, Trump had named Lomangino’s wife, Lynda, as one of the newest members of the Kennedy Center’s board, soon after he himself took over as chair, according to Politico.
The outlet reported that Lomangino and his spouse donated $8.9 million in 2024 to Right for America, a super PAC that was founded with the sole purpose of getting Trump reelected.
Lomangino has spent decades building a vast fortune through his various waste management endeavors, which began when he was just 10 years old and started working at his family’s business, Allied Sanitation, according to profile by Crain’s New York.
